Physio, On It ® is a Physical Therapist collaborative connecting customers in need with professionals who can help. The idea is simple – Physical Therapists, once properly credentialed, provide Physio, On It ® customers rapid-response consultation and recommendation for movement-related complaints. Utilizing two-way mobile technology and global positioning via the PT On Point mobile app, professionals will be linked by the PT On It dispatchers in real-time to the customers who need them. The waiting game….is….over.
Credentialing is SIMPLE:
1. Fill out the Information Form – HERE
2. Email the following to: credential@ptonit.com
- your valid PT license (in every state you want to be credentialed)
- a current photo ID
- a copy of current liability insurance
